By accessing or using OptionsEdge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

OptionsEdge is a web-based application that helps options traders:

• Import trade history from broker CSV exports
• Automatically group multi-leg options strategies
• Track performance metrics and P&L
• Analyze trading patterns and outcomes

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your imported data is accurate and belongs to you
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our service
• Use the Service to provide competing services to third parties

You retain ownership of all trade data you upload to OptionsEdge. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

OptionsEdge offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier - Basic features at no cost
• Paid Tiers - Additional features for a monthly or annual fee

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Specifically:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculated metrics or analytics
• We are not responsible for trading decisions you make based on our analytics
• We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice
• Strategy grouping is algorithmic and may occasionally miscategorize trades

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptionsEdge and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptionsEdge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
